Visiting the site
The pages are static. We do not set analytics cookies or advertising cookies, and we do not ask you to accept a marketing cookie. The company that hosts the site may keep ordinary server logs, such as an IP address, the page requested and the time, so the site can be delivered and kept secure. We do not use those logs to market to you.
The audit quiz
If you send the Lead Leak Audit quiz, we collect:
- your name
- your email address, your phone number, or both
- the monthly Google Ads spend band you choose
- how fast you say you reply to a new enquiry
- whether you say quotes are chased
- the rough estimate the page calculated from those answers
- the page address, and any campaign parameters already in the link you used (for example utm_source), so we can see which message you came from
If you email or call instead, we use what you send us for the same purpose. We do not add you to a general mailing list.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer your request for an audit and to arrange the walkthrough. That is steps taken at your request before any engagement (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We also keep a record of the request so we can run the conversation carefully. That is a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to that record.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to other renovation firms.
Who else sees it
Suppliers who host our email, and the system that stores the enquiry so we can reply, process the details on our instructions. They may not use them for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep the details for as long as we need them to handle your audit request and any work you then ask us to do. We delete them, or reduce them to the short record we are required to keep, when that need ends. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, a correction, deletion, or a restriction on how we use them. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where the basis is a contract, you can ask for a portable copy. Write to [email protected].
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, or at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put it right first.
